The Port of Long Beach was an exciting boat tour and presentation to discover the Port's sustainable practices. Explore the "Green Port Policy" and the program goals to implement sustainability in design, construction, operations and administrative practices throughout the Port.

Al Moro, P.E., has over 37 years experience as a professional engineer. As Assistant Managing Director of Engineering, Mr. Moro also serves as the Chief Harbor Engineer, overseeing all administrative and technical activities for the Port's three Engineering Divisions of Design, Program Management and Construction Management, and thereby leading a capital improvement program that averages $250 million annually.
